The Contacts API creates, updates, and removes Knak Send contacts from your own systems, so the people you send to stay current without manual list work.
The API enables you to build a custom integration without needing support from Knak, so your HRIS, CRM, or internal directory can keep Knak Send audiences accurate as your organization changes.
What it does
This API improves your internal communications workflow by keeping Knak Send contacts in step with your source of record:
- Create and update contacts: Add people one at a time or upsert them in bulk as your source data changes.
- Define your own fields: Set up the custom attributes your sends depend on, like department, region, or start date.
- Set values per contact: Populate those fields and keep them current over time.
- Remove people cleanly: Delete contacts individually or in bulk when they should no longer receive sends.
