Admin Certification takes under 3 hours and Builder Certification under 2. Lessons are short and time‑stamped, so you can learn in small blocks.
Your track is based on your role. Account admins take Admin Certification, and the people building emails and landing pages take Builder Certification. You only need one.
Knak Admins and Builders are automatically enrolled and will receive an email invite to Knak Academy. If you didn't get an email directly inviting you to login, register at academy.knak.com/learn/register and choose the learning path that's best for you.
Yes. New courses are added every week, and even experienced users find features and shortcuts they’d been missing. You also earn your Knak Certified Expert badge.
Sign in with the email address associated with your Knak account. Although your Knak Academy account is linked to your Knak account, the login is managed separately. Use the password you created for Knak Academy (which may be different from your Knak password). If you can't sign in, email academy@knak.com for help.
