All Knak Enterprise customers. You'll need an active account with access to at least one brand, MCP enabled by your Knak admin, and access to Claude or ChatGPT (or any MCP‑compatible assistant).
Yes. Knak is trusted by some of the biggest companies in the world with the strictest security requirements. Our MCP is covered by our SOC 2 Type 2 certification. MCP is a secure way for you to connect your AI tool(s) of choice to Knak.
Think of the Knak MCP server as a new entry point into the same powerful production system you already know. Start with an AI assistant to move fast, then jump into the Knak builder to refine — or work the other way around. Both paths lead to the same launch‑ready output, and they're better together.
OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, handled by the AI client. You sign in with your Knak credentials once, and your access is scoped to your account permissions. You'll only see brands, campaigns, and assets you already have access to in Knak.
Workspace discovery and email generation. Landing pages, translations, and deeper production workflows are on the roadmap.
Generated assets run through Knak's rendering pipeline and brand system, with AI output staying within your approved templates and assets. As an alpha, we're actively improving brand‑compliant output and the marketer always reviews and refines in Knak Studio before anything ships.
