What major announcements were made at Adobe Summit 2025?
Summit 2025 centered on AI-powered customer experience orchestration, with Adobe positioning agentic AI as the next evolution of personalization at scale. Here's what they unveiled:
Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator
The flagship announcement introduced a new capability for businesses to design, deploy, and manage purpose-built AI agents across Adobe apps and third-party tools. Adobe launched 10 agents at the event:
- Account qualification agent for scoring and prioritizing accounts
- Audience agent for refining target segments
- Content production agent for generating and assembling assets from briefs
- Data insights agent for visualizing data for stakeholders
- Data engineering agent for high-volume tasks like data cleansing
- Experimentation agent for recommending cross-channel experiments
- Journey agent for optimizing customer journeys
- Product advisor agent for guiding purchase decisions
- Site optimization agent for detecting and fixing website issues automatically
- Workflow optimization agent for streamlining team processes
The content production and site optimization agents stand out for marketing teams. The content production agent generates brand-compliant assets based on a creative brief, while the site optimization agent runs continuously to detect, recommend, and fix issues that affect engagement.
GenStudio and content supply chain
Adobe expanded GenStudio for Performance Marketing with features to plan, create, adapt, and activate content at scale using generative AI. GenStudio Foundation now provides a unified interface connecting data across Adobe's full suite of content supply chain solutions, giving teams visibility into campaign plans, projects, assets, and insights without jumping between applications.
New integrations include asset creation for Microsoft Advertising Platform and Google Campaign Manager 360, plus expanded collaboration with LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaign assets.
Adobe Brand Concierge
This new application lets businesses configure AI agents that guide consumers through conversational, immersive experiences from exploration to purchase. For B2B teams, Brand Concierge handles account orchestration by providing tailored content based on relationship context and managing follow-up tasks.
Firefly Services and APIs
New APIs support video and 3D workflows, including Translate and Lip Sync API for multilingual video, Reframe API for smart cropping across formats, and Substance 3D API for generating product visual variations. Firefly Creative Production provides a no-code interface for repetitive production tasks like intelligent cropping for different channels.
Marketo Engage updates
For marketing operations teams, the Marketo roadmap introduced several updates likely to continue into 2026:
- Visual journey builder for designing multi-stage customer journeys
- Enhanced BI analytics with faster ad-hoc report generation
- AEM Assets Live Link connector for live asset links in emails
- Modern email editor with GenStudio integration for AI-assisted content creation
- Brand themes and kits so emails automatically adhere to corporate style guides
- Interactive webinar upgrades with richer engagement dashboards and webinar tokens
- Dynamic Chat improvements including Demandbase integration for better lead profiling
Strategic partnerships
Adobe announced expanded integrations with Microsoft (bringing AI agents into Microsoft 365 Copilot), Amazon Web Services and Amazon Ads, Google, and LinkedIn. Publicis Groupe will integrate Firefly and Firefly Services across their capabilities through CoreAI.
Traveling to Adobe Summit 2026
Fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), about 15 minutes from the Venetian by car. Adobe does not provide airport transportation, so you'll arrange your own rideshare or taxi.
Finding rideshare pickup at the airport:
- Terminal 1: Head to Level 2 of the T1 Parking Garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, and the pickup area is to the right.
- Terminal 3: Rideshare pickup is on the Valet Level of the T3 Parking Garage.
Rideshares typically run $15–$20 to the Venetian. Check pricing before heading to pickup since surge pricing during peak hours can make taxis more economical.
Getting around Vegas
A few navigation tips once you're on the ground:
Use rideshare apps over taxis. Uber and Lyft generally cost less and offer more convenience, but watch for surge pricing during conferences and events.
Plan for distance. Vegas blocks are deceptively long. Even hotels that look close on a map can take 15–20 minutes to reach on foot.
Consider the Monorail. The Las Vegas Monorail runs along the Strip and helps you avoid traffic. Hotel shuttles also connect major properties.
How many people attended Summit in 2025?
Adobe Summit typically draws around 12,000 attendees each year. The 2025 event maintained this scale with strong in-person attendance alongside the free online option.
