  • Users build, collaborate, and approve emails in Knak and then push their finished emails to Marketing Cloud in a single click
  • Leverage customized amp script and field merge personalization strings
  • Sync all key Marketing Cloud capabilities by uploading HTML to asset folders including:
    • Subject Line
    • From and Reply-To values
    • Email type

Key Features

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sync

  • Field Merge: All Field Merge tokens are fully supported for contact, company, as well as custom data objects and are automatically included when synced.
  • Marketing Cloud builder: Sync template-based email to the content builder in Marketing Cloud, which is fully editable.
  • Content: Once synced, content can be used in the Salesforce Journey builder. As well as “shared content” folders and local content.
  • Sync Restrictions: Limit which folders each user can sync to.

Email & Cloud pages (Landing Pages)

  • Plain Text: Automatically generate and push the plain text of your emails over into Marketing Cloud.
  • Forms: Use marketing cloud smart captures (forms) in your Knak landing pages.
  • Dark mode editing: Set your own fully customized dark mode styles for your emails or landing pages in Marketing Cloud.
