Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
Knak’s comprehensive integration with Salesforce Pardot (now known as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) simplifies the email creation process so even the most non-technical marketers can create beautiful emails on their own.
This is possible through easy-to-use drag-and-drop capabilities and seamless sync right into Pardot.
What it does
- Users build, collaborate, and approve emails in Knak and then push their finished emails to Pardot in a single click
- Leverage customized PML and HML personalization strings in Knak
- Sync includes all key Pardot capabilities by uploading HTML to Pardot folders and Content Files:
- Subject line
- From and Reply-To values
- Email type

Pardot Sync
- Variable Tags: All Pardot tokens are fully supported (Person, Company, Program, My, Member) and are automatically included when synced.
- Engagement programs: Sync emails and landing pages directly to a Pardot engagement program of your choice. You can choose the program you want to sync to directly from Pardot in Knak.
- Sync Restrictions: Limit which folders each user can sync to.
Emails & Landing Pages
- Plain Text: Knak automatically generates and pushes the plain text of your emails over into Pardot.
- Schedule Emails: Schedule email sends directly from Knak (can limit this with Knak user permissions).
- Forms: Pull in Pardot forms directly from Knak. Design Pardot forms from Knak with no coding required.
