At Knak, we know that our success is directly linked to the value our customers get from our platform. We are searching for an extraordinary Customer Success Manager. You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing & Development) to ensure that our customers realize maximum value from their investment, help educate them on how to make amazing emails, and ensure customers are set up for continued success with Knak.

Your responsibilities:

  • Keep customers happy and be their main point of contact
  • Lead the renewals process from start to finish
  • Onboard new customers and ensure adoption
  • Discover and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Help actively manage and improve the customer experience / journey
  • Drive continuous product improvements from customer feedback
  • Educate customers on new Knak features
  • Escalate customer issues working with development team

What you should have:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player
  • 2+ years of quota carrying experience (e.g., Renewals, Account Management), preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Discovery, negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience handling a pipeline and closing contracts (preferably with Salesforce)
  • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
  • Extraordinary time and process management skills
