Another year, another eagerly anticipated Adobe Summit! The countdown to the Adobe Summit 2024 in Las Vegas has begun, and once again, Adobe promises a lineup of big names, insightful sessions, and unparalleled fun.

Whether you're a seasoned Adobe Summit attendee or a Marketing Nation veteran, the multitude of sessions and events can be overwhelming. Fear not, for we've got you covered with our Adobe Summit 2024 Unofficial Ultimate Guide.

Where is Adobe Summit 2024 being held?

Adobe is holding the main conference in the Venetian Convention and Expo Center which is under the same roof as the Venetian and Palazzo hotels. If you choose to stay at either hotel under the conference rate, these two different towers are part of the same gigantic property.

The Venetian and Palazzo hotels are connected as one single property.

Tip: To get the great $280 rate offered to Adobe Summit 2024 attendees, book by March 1, 2024. Normal rates via hotels.com are running about $600 as of this writing so the $280 rate is tremendous. Otherwise, be ready to spend more or consider an adjacent hotel.

For a discounted room, that doesn’t sacrifice too much convenience, stay across the street at Treasure Island. Last we checked, rates were only $142/night. Other options include the LINQ Hotel ($82/night) or Harrah’s ($129/night). All of which are under a 20 minute walk.

Picking up an item in the room can trigger a room charge. In this case, a water bottle was picked up for less than 30 seconds, triggering a $24 room charge.

Tip: Stock up on water and other supplies at the Walgreens (3339 Las Vegas Blvd S) outside Venetian. Las Vegas hotels are known to charge exorbitant rates for the mini bar items. This Fuji water cost $24 at one of the resorts in 2023 as one of us experienced.

How do I get to Adobe Summit 2024?

Located about 15 minutes from the Adobe Summit conference, the Las Vegas airport offers beautiful views of the desert mountains.

Get your flight into LAS airport. When departing, most flights to the east coast leave by noon or at night.

Here’s something you may not have known if you haven’t been to Vegas in a few years. You may see references to two international airports but there is only one. The McCarran International Airport was renamed to Harry Reid International Airport in 2021.

Tip: As long as you use the LAS airport abbreviation, you don’t have to worry about the McCarran vs Reid terminology.

How do I get around Adobe Summit 2024?

Transportation in Vegas revolves around Uber and Lyft, ensuring swift and affordable travel. There are definitely a few tricks to getting your ride shares outside the terminal.

There is no conference transportation from the airport to the hotels. Upon arrival at Harry Reid International Airport, you’ll be wondering where to get your rideshare as the pickup locations can be confusing. If you just walk out the door and expect a ride share to pick you up at the curb like in the movies, you’ll be sadly disappointed (See below map for exact directions). Ride shares run about $15-$20 from the airport to the Venetian.

Tip: Before heading to the rideshare location, check the rates on your rideshare app–a $30 cab ride might be more cost effective depending on if the ride share prices are surging.

Terminal 1:

The ride-sharing pickup location is situated on Level 2 of the T1 Parking Garage.

From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, and the pickup area is to the right​​.

Terminal 3:

Ride-sharing pickup is facilitated on the Valet Level of the T3 Parking Garage​​

Travel Tips for Adobe Summit

• Don’t get stuck inside the Venetian all day. Take advantage of the warm weather during a quick conference break. Fresh air is essential for everyone!
• Vegas is hot and dry. A full water bottle is your friend. Many vendors give these out as SWAG so make sure to grab one.
• Need to look your best for a session? Don't forget to throw some sneakers in a bag because you don't want to be stuck in heels or oxfords for a day.
• Pack wisely—bring along a sturdy backpack and a charger for the day.
• Remember that distances can be deceiving. If you think "that's only a few blocks away," be prepared for longer walks, especially when crossing streets.
• When inside the Venetian, getting to the conference area takes roughly ten minutes but leave yourself extra time to say hello to other conference attendees during the walk.

Adobe Summit unfolds over four content-packed days, with the main event going from Tuesday to Thursday, offering a plethora of sessions and keynotes to explore.

Marketo Engage content is distributed throughout Summit, facilitating access to a wider array of sessions. If you use other products within the Adobe Suite, incorporate them into your filter settings. Additionally, pay attention to the Technical Level filter for these sessions. An advanced user might find a beginner session frustrating, while someone just starting out may feel overwhelmed in an extremely technical session.

Ziplining along the LINQ Promenade

When not immersed in Adobe Summit activities, explore the vibrant entertainment and dining scene of Las Vegas, ensuring a well-rounded experience. There is an ENDLESS supply of Vegas tourism content available on the internet so we’ll focus on the ones around the Venetian that we’ve experienced ourselves.

The Venetian site offers a good sampling of activities. The two activities we’d recommend include Madame Tussauds and the gondola ride (because when was the last time you rode in a gondola?).

When at the Adobe Summit, you can sometimes feel like you never get outside. A short walk from the Venetian is the LINQ Promenade which is an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment area. The LINQ Promenade offers a nice break to get some fresh air and also includes activities like the High Roller observation wheel and ziplining.
