Knak Recognized as One of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work 2025

We’re excited to share that Knak has been named one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work for 2025 by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Board of Trade.

The annual awards program, which dates back almost 15 years, celebrates local organizations that prioritize their people, where workplace culture, employee engagement, and a strong sense of community all shine through.

Run in partnership with the Workforce Research Group, this year’s program included in-depth employer questionnaires and employee engagement surveys. More than 1,300 employees across dozens of Ottawa-based organizations shared their perspectives. Only the top 20 were recognized.

The 2025 recipients will be celebrated at the Best Places to Work Employer Summit, one of the most prominent HR and talent events organized in Ottawa. Hundreds of business owners, managers and HR professionals for an entire day of celebration and learning.
