Welcome Andrew Maxwell

We are happy to welcome Andrew Maxwell to the Knak team as Customer Support Specialist. Andrew has dedicated his entire career to customer service and is passionate about helping customers get the most out of their technology investments. 

He has extensive customer support experience in the SaaS space and is known for his client-centric approach to problem solving. Andrew comes to Knak from a similar role at The Value Builder System, where he served as liaison between the Customer Success and Product teams. 

At Knak, he’ll be working alongside Felix Higgs to ensure that our customers continue to get the A+ service we’re known for. We look forward to adding his experience to our team!

Tania Blake is Knak’s Marketing Manager, where she’s known for her strong attention to detail and unique ability to balance "process" with "getting stuff done". When she’s not juggling a million and one projects, you can find her cooking up a storm, doing yoga, or hanging out with her family.
